Smart Wafer Boats with RFID Tracking
Upgrade wafer boats from hardware to trackable assets with real-time WIP visibility.
By integrating RFID tags into wafer boats, each wafer lot can be reliably identified and tracked even in high-temperature cleanroom environments. The solution connects to existing MES / WIP systems to reduce loss risk and searching time on the shop floor.
- Supports multiple wafer boat types (quartz, PFA, metal, etc.) with customized designs for each production line.
- RFID tags are selected according to process conditions, including high temperature, chemicals and metallic surroundings.
- Provides reader deployment, on-site testing and integration with MES / WMS / WIP systems.
